Zing — Terms of Service

The Zing marketplace application and website at zingapp.in ("Zing", "we", "us") are operated by Aurapath Solution Private Limited (GSTIN 33AAXCA0810G1ZW), India. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can use Zing

You must be 18 or older and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the activity on your account.

2. Your account

• You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time passcode (OTP) delivered by SMS or WhatsApp.
• Keep your number and device secure; notify us of any unauthorised use at support@zingapp.in.

3. Marketplace model

Zing is a marketplace that connects buyers with independent third-party sellers. Sellers are responsible for their listings, product quality, and dispatch. Zing facilitates discovery, ordering, and support.

4. Orders & payment

• Placing an order is an offer to buy; an order is confirmed when you receive an order-confirmation.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently the available payment method; you pay the delivery agent on receipt. Online payment may be added later and will be governed by the provider's terms.
• Prices are shown in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may correct pricing or availability errors and cancel affected orders with a full remedy.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation is not guaranteed; see our Refund & Return Policy. We may cancel orders for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues.

6. Delivery

Delivery timelines and areas are described in our Shipping Policy. Please provide an accurate address and a reachable phone number.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the service, place fraudulent or fake orders, or interfere with its operation.
• Do not use Zing for any unlawful purpose or to infringe others' rights.

8. Intellectual property

The Zing name, app, and content are owned by Aurapath Solution Private Limited or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission. Seller content remains the responsibility of the respective seller.

9. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use means acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Tamil Nadu shall have jurisdiction.
