1. Delivery areas

We deliver to serviceable pincodes shown at checkout. If your area is not yet serviceable, you will not be able to place the order for that item.

2. Dispatch & timelines

• Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
• Typical delivery is 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the seller's location and your address.
• Estimated timelines are indicative and may vary during peak periods, holidays, or due to courier or weather delays.

3. Delivery charges

Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you place the order. Where no charge is shown, delivery is included.

4. Tracking & updates

You can see order status in your account under Orders. We will notify you of key updates (confirmation and dispatch) by SMS or WhatsApp on your registered number.

5. Delivery attempts & COD

• For Cash-on-Delivery, please keep the payable amount ready; the delivery agent collects it on handover.
• If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to pay COD, the order may be returned to the seller.
